1 teaspoon cumin 1/4 cup chopped cilantro 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend 1/2 cup ranch dressing 1/4 cup salsa Tortilla strips (for garnish)
Marinate Chicken: In a bowl, combine lime juice, tequila (if using), soy sauce, garlic, chili powder, cumin, and cilantro. Add chicken breasts and marinate for 30 minutes.
Grill Chicken: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
